Do you charge for overages?
Yes, As the monthly consumption is calculated after the monthly invoice, the overage bill will be added to the next invoice.

Is there a minimum commitment for colocation?
No. We charge on a month by month basis leaving you free to cancel when you want.
Clients can however opt for longer commits which will attract a discount. Please contact support to discuss options. -
Is there a set up fee for colocation?
Yes, a set up fee regardless of location will be applied to all colocation set ups.

Is there a fee for cross connection?
That would depend on if you are also a colocation customer.
Colocation clients will be placed in one of our racks meaning the cross connect in these situations will be free.
Additional network drops will also attract additional charges. -
Can I tour the datacenter?
Sure. This would need to be scheduled with the DC granting permission for a rep of your organised to part=take in a supervised tour.
