24/7 Technical Support

Local Internet Registry

As an LIR (Local Internet Registry), SiteHUB manages the allocation and registration of IP addresses and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs). As we have partnerships with other RIRs, our service also extends to those regions.
ASN's in other regions will require additional documentation being provided to the RIRs as well as justification and proof that you have a presence in that region. Colocating with SiteHUB can aid with this requirement.
We can distribute IP resources to end-users, such as ISPs, enterprises, and other organizations from our available pool on a month-to-month basis either announcing them on your behalf or allocating them to your organisations ASN for you to manage.

LIR Services We Provide

IP Address Allocation: We can allocate IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to organizations from our available pool. Should our pool exhaust, we have partners that we can source the prefixes from on your behalf.
Prefixes will be allocated to the organisation or announced and managed by us on your behalf.
SiteHUB supports the adoption of IPv6. Organisations can reach out to us for a free /48 allocation.
A free /48 is included with all colocation plans.

ASN Registration: We can assist with a RIPE ASN should the need ever arise.

Resource Management: We manage the lifecycle of IP resources, including renewals, transfers, and revocations.

Policy Compliance: We ensure that IP address allocations comply with regional and global policies set by organizations like RIPE NCC, AfriNIC or ARIN.

Technical Support: We will provide technical support for IP address management and routing issues.

Allocation Process

Organizational Documentation: We will request that you provide documentation proving your organization's legal status, such as incorporation certificates or government-issued IDs.

Technical Requirements: We will ensure your network infrastructure is capable of handling IP address allocations and routing, including having a valid ASN.

Policy Compliance: Your organization must comply with our policies and procedures, which may include providing a Letter of Authorization (LoA) and adhering to specific usage policies.

Application Submission: Submit a formal application to us, including all required documentation and technical details.

Invoice: You will be invoiced any applicable fees for IP address allocations and ASN registrations.

A Note On Security

Please ensure that when requesting that we announce ranges that we have not allocated, that your RPKI and IRR entries are valid and LOA's are present and valid. Invalid RPKI and IRR announcements will not be accepted.
