We are excited to introduce our always-available virtual hands service, designed to offer more than the typical remote hands options without the extra costs typically associated with enhanced services.
This service is ideal for clients who are located far from their data center or those colocating with us who require managed services.
Additionally, we can extend our offerings to include visits to other data centers within Lagos for service execution.
Our basic virtual hands service is offered at a fixed price and includes all the necessary initial configurations to ensure your team can remotely access the devices in the data center. Please note, however, that this does not cover software installation, configuration, or OS updates. The primary objective is to configure any newly delivered systems to specification, enabling remote access for your team.
The service encompasses the initial setup of your networking equipment, BGP configurations, cabling to your devices, VLAN setup, OS installation, and establishing remote access.
For services beyond this scope, we will provide a quote once we have a clearer understanding of your requirements.
